Mind & Money Planner FAQ

Once we confirm the damage and validate the order we'll be able to help you out.
At the moment, Mind + Money planners are sold on a pre-order basis and will be shipped in December 2021. As soon as your Mind + Money 2021 planner has been dispatched you will receive an email from the courier company (Royal Mail or DPD) with your tracking number so you can track your planner.
A pre-order is an order that is made before the product launches. So, in this case the Mind + Money planner pre-order will begin in November and the launch will be in December 2021. Once the product launches, all pre-orders will be dispatched.
To keep your Mind + Money planner looking 10/10 for the whole of 2021, we recommend that you don’t leave it in direct sunlight for long periods of time, avoid leaving in direct contact with extreme heat, such as a radiator. Keep your planner in a cool dry place away from any liquids. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down your cover whenever required. Do not use any liquids or chemicals when cleaning as this may damage your cover and may remove the gold foil. As with any planner, the Mind + Money 2021 planner will age with time such as small wrinkles to the cover and slight discolouring of the gold corners and gold wire binding, but with proper care your Mind + Money 2021 planner will still look great at the end of the year!
Some international orders are sent by Royal Mail DPD and can be tracked every step of the way using your unique DPD code. Any customs & duties charges that may be applied when your planner enters your country is your responsibility to pay.

Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg: 3-4 working days target.
Rest of Europe: 3-5 working days target.

We will be shipping by Fed Ex or DHL Express depending on the option you have chosen at the time of purchase. You will be sent a tracking link once your order has been made and you can track your parcel every step of the way.
